The longest raised leg hold (SS)

When your ambition and determination become your perseverance, you can create wonders! ~ Sparsh Shah

I am so happy to share with you all that I have now become the “Guinness World Records Holder” for the “Longest Raised Leg Hold” by holding my legs up in the air for 120 minutes (2 hours) at a 45 degree angle! Despite having over 150 fractures in life and with an incurable brittle bones condition, I was able to achieve this unimaginable feat through daily practice, patience and sheer determination for over last 3+ years!

I would like to spread the message and inspire millions of people all over the world to focus on their health, follow their passion and never give up in life.

In the Limelight Video Contest/Award

The Lime Connect 'In the Limelight' video contest aims to highlight that by showcasing how university students and professionals are rebranding disability through achievement. 

Help us change the narrative by sharing your story of how you are living, working, and thriving as an individual who happens to have a disability.

Awards are funded by an unrestricted gift from Google.  This contest was inspired by Lime Connect special advisor, Vint Cerf – Google’s Chief Internet Evangelist, “One of the Fathers of the Internet,".
